cancellation policy
Clients must provide at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. ​
No-shows (failure to attend an appointment without notice) may be charged 100% of the service amount before rebooking is allowed.
