At our salon, we value both our clients’ time and our stylists’ schedules. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for everyone, the following cancellation policy applies:

Appointment Cancellations
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows (failure to attend an appointment without notice) may be charged 100% of the service amount before rebooking is allowed.
Late Arrivals
• Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid impacting other appointments.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the appointment may be treated as a no-show, and applicable fees may apply.
Confirmation Policy
• Appointment reminders are sent via text, email, or call as a courtesy.
• Clients are responsible for confirming or canceling appointments through the provided communication methods.
Emergency Situations
• We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact the salon as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
• Fees may be waived at the salon’s discretion in genuine emergencies.
Repeated Cancellations
• Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay or place a deposit for future appointments.
